This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") explains Invonica's ("Invonica", "our", "we" or "us"), a Ladera SAS ("Ladera", "our", "we" or "us") project, our data practices, including the information we process to provide our Services.

Our Privacy Policy talks about what information we collect and how this affects you. It also explains the steps we take to protect your privacy.

Information we collect in our Basic Mode Service

The first time you open the Invonica app, you start using our services in Basic Mode. Such mode remains active unless you opt-in to our Advance Mode services. The following applies in our Basic Mode:

  • Privacy And Security Principles. We have built Invonica with strong privacy and security principles in mind.
  • Your Information is Confidential and is not distributed to Third Parties. We understand that you are sharing with us sensible information about your electronic invoices and we have taken care that such electronic invoices are only accesible to you, unless you opt-in into our Advance Mode service.
  • Your Information is only stored in your device and you may back up it in your private cloud. Your electronic invoices are stored internally in the app. If you delete your app, all the information is erased. You may backup your data in your private cloud (e.g. icloud for apple devices and xxx for android devices).
  • No Data about your invoices is stored in Invonica servers. All your electronic invoices are parsed by Invonica's API and returned to your app in a summarized way to allow further processing. In such process, we do not store any invoice data in our servers nor in third party servers.
  • Safety, Security, And Integrity. We work to protect the safety, security, and integrity of our Services. This includes appropriately dealing with abusive people and activity violating our Terms. We will take appropriate action if we detect activity that do not comply with our Terms, including removing such people or activity or contacting law enforcement. Any such removal will be in accordance with the “Termination” section below.
  • Enabling Access To Our Services. To provide our Services, we need to store and distribute content and information regarding your profile data (obtained when you access Invonica the first time) and/or password (if you opt-in for generating one to access the app) in data centers and systems around the world, including outside your country of residence. The use of this global infrastructure is necessary and essential to provide our Services. This infrastructure is owned and operated by our service providers.

Information we collect in our Basic Mode Service

If you opt-in into our Advance Mode service, you choose to trigger our Artificial Intelligence algorithms to share with to you feedback about your electronic invoice data (e.g. purchasing habits, recommendations, notifications, amongst others). The following applies in our Advanced Mode: and other . store, analyze, perform benchmarks with other users,

  • Privacy And Security Principles. We have built Invonica and our Artificial Intelligence algorithms with strong privacy and security principles in mind.
  • Your Information is also used by us and part of it may be shared with third parties. When you opt-in into our Artificial Intelligence service, we use your electronic invoices data to provide our Advanced Mode services. We understand that you are sharing with us sensible information about your electronic invoices and we have taken care when storing the data obtained from such electronic invoices. We would never share/distribute/sell your original electronic invoices (original xml and pdf files) to third parties.
  • Your Information is also stored in our servers. Beside your electronic invoices data being stored internally in the app (and your private cloud if you make a backup), we need to store some information about your electronic invoices in our servers.
  • You can opt-out from our Advanced Mode services. In such case, all information about your electronic invoices stored in our servers will be deleted. However, some information about your electronic invoices (say used to perform benchmarks) might be already shared or may not be deleted from our databses.
  • Connecting You With Other People and Businesses. We provide, and always strive to improve, ways to give you analyses about your electronic invoices data. In such endeavour, we may communicate with other Invonika users and affiliated Businesses. Invonika may work with partners, service providers, and companies to help us provide ways to improve our services.
  • Ways To Improve Our Services. We may analyze how you make use of Invonica, in order to improve our Services.
